the ending of the chrysalids

The reason why we assume the ending that Rosalind and David's child and Rosalind finally escaped from the Zealand because the child does not have  telepathic ability is that we think that both Waknuk people and the Zealand people think that they are the people who the God intend to. The people in Waknuk don't accept those who have deviations as well as the people in Zealand don't accept those who don't have telepathy ability.They cannot accept diverse human.Therefore,they cannot live with those who different between them.
